Surface Characterization and Electrical Properties of Low Energy Irradiated PANI/PbS Polymeric Nanocomposite Materials

In this work, nanocomposite samples of polyaniline (PANI) and lead sulfide nanoparticles (PbSNPs) were prepared, utilizing the solution preparation method, for implantation in energy storage elements. The PANI/PbS films irradiated by different fluences oxygen beam: 5 × 1016, 10 15 1016 ions.cm?2. composite was investigated XRD, SEM, DSC, FTIR. After ion irradiation, Tg Tm values decreased 4.8 °C 10.1 °C, respectively. conductivities, electrical impedances, moduli untreated examined frequencies ranging from 102 Hz to MHz. Moreover, beam caused a modification dielectric characteristics PANI/PbS. constant ?? improved 31 611, conductivity increased 1.45 10?3 S/cm 25.9 enhancing fluence Additionally, potential barrier, Wm, 0.43 eV 0.23 eV. induced changes properties structural determined. These modifications provide an opportunity use several applications, including microelectronics, batteries, energy.
